2 cups sliced zucchini
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and top with the zucchini mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
