An easy and delicious crockpot chicken rice recipe perfect for nights when you are busy but still want a wholesome meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, rice, and broth in the crockpot.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the frozen peas.
  5. Once cooked, fluff the rice and serve warm.
