A delightful and easy recipe for making an egg casserole using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and baked in the morning.
