  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and a portion of the enchilada sauce.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and cheese, then roll them up.
