An easy and delicious salmon patty recipe with a twist of turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the salmon, cooked turkey bacon, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
