Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in the diced peaches.
  6. Divide the batter into the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
