  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green enchilada sauce, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet to make them pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining green enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle shredded cheese.
