- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the oiled side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it has nice grill marks.
