  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the oiled side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it has nice grill marks.
  5. Flip the dough and spread ricotta over the cooked side.
  6. Top with mozzarella, asparagus, spinach, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Cover the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding fresh basil or arugula on top before serving.
