2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
