  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Add layers of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the rolls.
  5. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
