  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the split peas under cold water and remove any debris.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the split peas, chicken broth, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf.
