Homemade Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, turkey bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
  4. Fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a healthier version, you can bake the egg rolls instead of frying.
  • Feel free to add other veggies as per your preference.
