- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, turkey bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
