  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until fully cooked.
  3. Drain the excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
