- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Wrap the turkey bacon around the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
