  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, and egg until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into kebab shapes or patties.
  3. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
