2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 egg
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (for Tzatziki)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, and egg until well combined.
Form the mixture into kebab shapes or patties.
Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
For the tzatziki, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a separate bowl. Stir well to combine.
Serve the kebabs with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
