Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Pasta – Zesty, Creamy & Irresistibly Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet, and in the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and combine with sauce.
  7. Drain pasta and toss with the creamy sauce and chicken.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
  • Use fresh herbs for more aromatic flavor.
