  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
