A deliciously cheesy and satisfying casserole that brings together cauliflower, broccoli, and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Combine the cheesy mixture with the boiled vegetables, mixing well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
