  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest before slicing it thinly.
  5. On each flatbread, layer sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, and parsley.
  6. Return the flatbreads to the oven for 5-7 minutes to warm through.
