- 1 cup turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add mixed vegetables, thyme, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken ham and chopped turkey bacon.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
