- 1 pound spaghetti
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic, half of the mozzarella, and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, then the ricotta mixture, and repeat.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
