1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, spinach, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
