- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground chicken ham
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup small pasta
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot and sauté until tender.
- Mix in ground chicken ham and cook until browned.
- Add kidney beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in pasta and cook until al dente.
- Serve hot, garnished with turkey bacon.

- For extra flavor, add some Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
