  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour half of the pancake batter into a greased baking dish. Add cooked sausage, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup over the top before serving.
