  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400 grams canned tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
