A delicious twist on classic cheesesteaks, these stuffed cheesy breadsticks are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender.
  3. Add the steak and cook until browned, then mix in the cream cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Fill each rectangle with the steak mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll them up and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
