  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder. Cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the jasmine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in pineapple chunks and soy sauce.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Mix in diced bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
