  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls.
  4. Coat the balls in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate again to set the chocolate.
