A quick and delicious breakfast option, these sausage egg breakfast rolls are perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring, until set.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
  6. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
