  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken ham

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add butter and the brewed coffee.
  3. Stir well and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add black pepper and chopped chicken ham to the skillet.
  5. Mix thoroughly and let cook until heated through.
  6. Serve warm over grits or biscuits.
