- ½ cup powdered sugar
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with half of the salted caramel sauce until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a dish.
