This Ritz Cracker Salted Caramel Icebox Cake is a deliciously indulgent no-bake dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with half of the salted caramel sauce until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a dish.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cracker layer.
  7. Drizzle with half of the remaining salted caramel sauce.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream cheese layer on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, reserve some crushed crackers to sprinkle on top before serving.
