  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken legs.
  4. Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Season with salt.
