  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove the patties and set aside. In the same skillet, add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry, then add to the broth, stirring until thickened.
  6. Add the patties back to the skillet, coating them in the gravy. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
