Delicious seafood stuffed shells filled with a creamy mixture, perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For a little extra flavor, add some fresh herbs on top before serving.
