- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a little extra flavor, add some fresh herbs on top before serving.
