  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shelled edamame.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta and edamame, then toss to coat.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and sesame seeds, mixing well.
