  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  5. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
