1 pound chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 tortillas
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup jalapeños, blended
2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell pepper and onion. Sauté until tender.
Return the chicken to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, blended jalapeños, and lime juice to make the sauce.
