Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups

These Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups are a delicious, guilt-free appetizer perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle more parmesan on top before baking.
