A delicious appetizer featuring creamy spinach and artichoke dip nestled on bagel bites topped with crispy turkey bacon.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 mini bagels, halved
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each bagel half.
  4. Top each bagel half with crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Place the bagel bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
