1 pound flank steak
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup queso cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 jalapeño, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the flank steak with chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Cook the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, add cooked rice and jalapeño, mixing well to combine.
