8 ounces rice noodles
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup beef broth
Instructions
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
