A delicious twist on classic surf and turf, combining both seafood and beef into a harmonious stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Add shrimp and stir until they turn pink.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can substitute shrimp with scallops or other seafood as preferred.
