  • 6 ounces Taleggio cheese
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Evenly distribute the Taleggio cheese over the dough.
  5. Top with prosciutto slices.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
