A delicious blend of teriyaki chicken and roasted vegetable pasta.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams pasta
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken with teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. On a baking sheet, toss mixed vegetables with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Add marinated chicken to the baking sheet and roast for another 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Combine roasted chicken and vegetables with pasta.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame seeds as a garnish.
  • Experiment with different vegetables based on your preference.
