  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
