  • 1/2 cup ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add in the softened butter and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
  4. Mix in the egg, diced peaches, and honey until well incorporated.
