  • 1 cup toasted pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, softened butter, and sugar; mix until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
