  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and all the chopped vegetables.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
