- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
